What is freeze drying?
Freeze-drying is a technique that rapidly and simultaneously freezes and dries food below-40°C. This preserves the maximum nutrition that the fruits contain.
Three steps of the freeze-drying process:
1st : The freezing of the fruits at -35°~-40°C
2nd : Ice extraction using a boiler or heat generator
3rd : Removal of water from the fruits
Freeze-drying enables you to enjoy the blessings from Mother Earth: The taste, shape, colour, flavour and health benefits stem from the fruits themselves.
Consuming Method: Can be eaten directly or added into cereal breakfast
