"Bargain Welcoming Offer" event will start on 23rd November, 2020.
A coupon code that offers free delivery will be applied to new customers who have not placed an order before. However, there is a 1000 customers' daily coupon quota on first-buy-first-served basis. If the quota for that calendar day is full, remaining new customers of that calendar day will not be able to enjoy the offer.
Only new customers are eligible for this event. New customers refer to customers that have never completed any order in Ztore; and the offer is applicable for new customers' first purchase.
How to redeem: Upon successful registration/log in, a coupon code for free delivery will be added to the new customers' first order. However, coupon code applied at Shopping Cart does not represent a successful redemption. If the daily quota has been used up upon the customers' attempt to complete the order, he/she can choose to
1/remove the coupon code from the Shopping Cart, and complete the order (without the free delivery offer, or
2/complete the order another day within campaign period, with coupon code applied.
If customers remove the coupon code from Shopping Cart, it will not be automatically added back. In order to enjoy the offer, he/she will need to enter the coupon code again.
The reward redemption period will remain open until further notice.
The reward can not be concurrently used with other promotion code/gift/welcoming offers.
This reward is not applicable to pre-ordered products.
Should the order be cancelled, the event offer will be automatically cancelled and will not be compensated.
For order cancelled by customer, upon confirmed cancellation by system, the customer remains eligible to enjoy the offer during event period.
The daily offer quota is available while stock lasts (determined by number of orders that have successfully redeemed the offer).
All rewards are non-exchangeable for cash and/or other products.
In order to ensure the fairness of the event, only the following accounts are eligible to participate:
1/The account contact number has not been used for registration in Ztore before
2/The contact number has been used for registration in Ztore, but the registered account has not completed a purchase before
Regardless of the criteria above, each newly registered account contact number is eligible for enjoying the offer once only.
Each of the same recipient addresses can only enjoy this offer once during the event period (the identical location is considered as the same delivery address). Handling on the same delivery address is as follows: the first order will be delivered as usual; and the second orders onwards will be cancelled directly without prior notice, and the coupon offer will not be compensated.
If there is suspected case of abuse (Multiple accounts being the same individual), Ztore Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to verify the user's identity, and cancel the user's eligibility and reward (including but not limited to rebates, coupons and gift-with-benefits), as well as the corresponding order, without prior notice.
Ztore Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, revise or suspend the above campaign and the above terms and conditions without further notice.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of Ztore HK Limited shall be final.
