A 500 year-old process lies at the heart of the discerning taste of Olmeca Reposado. Juice is extracted from the Blue Agave using a traditional Tahona stone wheel-press. The aroma has pronounced mandarin and lime notes with the addition of sea salt and a detectable wood finish. The taste is of elegant spiciness tempered by a creamy vanilla richness and a clean, crisp finish.
