蝦籽乃是蝦的卵子經乾燥過程後的制成品,帶海水及鮮蝦味道,呈紅略帶金黃色,通常一般用法以調味為主令菜式加多一份海鮮的味道。在益昌買到的蝦籽已經炒熟至乾身並處理好,開蓋並方可使用。大地魚粉呈淡金黃色,一般用法以調味為主,適用於湯底調味及燜菜等,大澳漁民亦用來包雲吞,淹制雲吞餡。以“食得健康” 為大前題,由於我們所有自家制的醬料都不含防腐劑。我們建議顧客購醬料之後放入雪櫃保存,最佳溫度為3°C至6°C。請避免陽光直曬及/高溫貯存,我們亦建議開蓋後請盡快食用。
