Tasting Note:
"Deep garnet color, this "reserve” reveals a nose with scents of black fruits and a tinge of roasted notes, revealing the ageing in oak barrels. The mouth is rich, round and supple.
Grape Variety:
40% Merlot, 30% Abouriou, 30% Malbec
Ageing:
6 months in stainless steel vats and in oak barrels.
Food Pairing:
This well structured wine has been rewarded several times. It will perfectly match with lamb, simmered meats, game, soft cheese and dark chocolate.
