Pipers Crisps Lye Cross Cheddar & Onion is used cheese in Lye Cross, the rich milk to go to make the cheese.

They combine new techoloy with traditional techniques that have been passed down through the generations of master cheesemakes, such as the age-old 'Cheddaring'. This practice of turning and stacking the curds by hand allows them to mature and devlop the full, distinctive West Country farmhouse Cheddar flavour that goes into Pipers crisps.
