*How To Make Pancakes*
1. Mix an egg with 150cc of water or milk.
2. Make batter: Gradually pour 250g (1 pack) pancake powder to the mixture made in step 1 into a mixing bowl. Stir well with a whisk.
3. Preheat your frying pan(must be hot). Lightly oil/butter the pan and wipe off excess with a paper towel. Gently ladle the pancake batter on the pan and cook for 2~3 minutes. When bubbles begin to set around the edges of the pancakes, flip them and cook for 2~3 minutes again until they are set.
Serve with fruit as desired; sprinkle with iCOOP Acacia Honey, iCOOP Chocolate Syrup or iCOOP Organic Fructo-Oligosaccharide for an even more exciting taste!
