‘’YUMEPIRIKA’’ has a rule set by Hokkaido producers to protect the deliciousness of the rice itself, and the rice must meet all the criteria to be called ‘’YUMEPIRIKA’’. ‘’YUMEPIRIKA’’ is currently the best rice in Hokkaido and has received the highest grade of "Special A" in Japan's national taste test. Born from advanced variety improvement technology, ‘’YUMEPIRIKA’’ has a moderate viscosity and fullness, rich sweetness, and strong flavor.
Unwashed rice is rice that has been specially treated to remove the bran and impurities beforehand.
