HOKKAIDO NANATSUBOSHI MUSENMAI
Only rice with an average texture and sweetness can be called "NANATSUBOSHI". It is also the rice with the highest production volume in Hokkaido and has received the highest grade of "Extra A" in Japan's national taste test, which is the benchmark used by Hokuriku in its survey of all rice. "NANATSUBOSHI" is very even in terms of both viscosity and sweetness, and needs to meet the benchmarks set by the producer in order to be called "Seven Stars". It is suitable for making bento and sushi.
UNWASHED RICE
unwashed rice is rice that has been specially treated to remove the bran and impurities beforehand. It is not necessary to wash the rice, but to distribute it evenly in the rice pot before cooking and soak it according to the time after packing so that the rice can absorb enough water. This will make the rice more delicious.
