Traditional method of production of Champagne. First fermentation in stainless steel tank and second fermentation in bottle. Ageing in the caves for 13 to 20 months with regular riddling to enhance lees contact.
Tasting Notes :
An elegant cava pale straw in color with golden reflections and bright presence. Integrated and persistent bubbles. Intense and complex aroma in the nose predominated by xarel.lo. Hints of pastry notes and green apple. Light and fresh on the palate. Balance and good structure.
