Selecting and blending Chardonnay from the best terroirs across the region, Séverine Frerson, adds a touch of reserve wines (up to 15%) and a light dosage of 8g/l, to create a wine with freshness, lightness and vitality. Fresh and floral, the Blanc de Blancs is a vivacious tribute to Chardonnay.
