Description
The Ca N´Estruc white wine is the pure essence of a unique terroir, an intense and youthful wine from the slopes of the holy mountain of Montserrat in Barcelona. A young, fresh white wine with pure floral fragrance on the nose. Citrus fruit and aromas of stone fruit coming to the fore. Fresh and round on the palate with wonderful scents of flowers and fruit.

Elaboration:
Selection and destemming of the grapes and fermentation in 25hl to 200hl stainless steel tank under controlled temperature between 15°C to 17°C for 12 days
