A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon blanc wine macerated in a fruit liqueur based on both bitter and sweet oranges with an addition of quinire. It is then aged in oak barrels for 8-12 months. The nose is of honey, orange and a hint of mint.
Lillet leads with a taste of firm bitterness, leaving a lingering trace of orange, honey and herbaceousness on the palate.
