Tasting Note:
"Mainly composed of Abouriou from organic farming, this wine is presented under a dark and deep robe. The nose is gourmand and explosive, on red and black fruits, such as blackcurrant and raspberry, and on spicy and menthol notes. Balanced between power and freshness, the mouth is supported by a frame of fine tannins. The final is enhanced by a spicy point.”
Grape Variety:
90% Abouriou, 10% merlot.
Alcohol: 13%
Food pairing:
Beef, duck but also spicy dishes and charcuterie.
