Stair Charge Arrangement

Our free home delivery service only covers address with no more than 1 floor of stairs without access to elevator. For delivery address require climbing 2 to 8 floors of stairs without elevator access, we offer home delivery service with additional stair charge, calculated on number of floors of stairs required to climb per delivery order.
In order to avoid any potential conflict between deliveryman and customer on site, customer shall declare and pay the stair charge upon placing an online order. We will pay stair charge to deliveryman according to the actual number of stairs climbed and size of parcel in order to recognize their work.
We reserve the right to charge such fee or not to deliver the order if stairs information is undeclared or misdeclared.

Definition of one floor of stairs Number of floors is calculated on the number of storey in the building. For stairs located at area without any storey indication, more than 9 steps count as 1 floor, with maximum 10 steps per floor. Here is an example of floor of stairs calculation based on steps count:

Why I cannot edit stairs information? We fixed stairs information confirmed by deliveryman after having a completed delivery record to the address. If you would like to change the stairs information, please contact our Customer Support with proof on your proposed adjustment to assist on the verification and information update process.
Special Delivery Arrangement
- For delivery address without elevators, we offer service up to the 8th floor.
- If you have any special delivery needs, please fill in the "Special Requirement(s)" field as you choose "Delivery Slot" during your checkout process. Ztore Customer Service will call and discuss feasibility and arrange with you.
- It is the responsibility of you to inform Ztore immediately of any change to your delivery address or preferred delivery time slot after placing order.
- Delivering products into indoor areas are not included in our home delivery service. We shall not be liable to the extent that loss or damage is caused or contributed to by delivery.
Adverse Weather Arrangement
Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted; or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe. In this event, you will be contacted to reschedule delivery time.
General
- We may revise the above terms and conditions without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.
- The company accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Faster Payment System, PayMe, Octopus APP and Octopus Wallet. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.
- Whenever necessary, $1 will be charged for each plastic shopping bag, in accordance to Hong Kong regulation.
